i have been desiging logos 3 years ago for a duration of 2 years. in my opinion your softwears are the best in the market but the logo does not relay the msg. if i have to be bold i say that it is kinda childish. more proffesional logo would be much better for you.

The logo is too complicated. It has too many visual elements.

Take the thin inner black circle away.

Take the mobile phone with the gun as well as the white text Killer Mobile ® away.
(You are not selling guns. Killer Mobile ® is written twice in the logo.)

Leave only the black hat in the middle of the black and red shooting target rings.

The word mobile should be written with the same colour as the red target ring.

Wipe away the almost unvisible "Mobile Software Development" text in the black ring.
(Logos should scale without losing the text. Slogans are a different thing than logos.)
