Record unlimited calls with no beep (on most devices) and an array of user friendly features. User Guide: ----------------- MAIN MENU: -> Options (Left Softkey) + Start/Stop/Pause Recording - Allows you to manually start/stop/pause recording, either manual (dictaphone) or while on a call + Exit - Exits the application -> Hide (Right Softkey) ** SPECIAL FEATURES - 1 - Hot Key Start/Stop Pause/Resume recording Press and hold YES key for a while for stop/start recording and press and hold your joystick to the left for a while and it will pause/resume recording. 2 - Hot Key Application Launch Dial * (+) the password you set in the settings menu (if Password is set to "Yes") ** PLEASE NOTE - Exiting the application will disable the ability to record calls. "Hide" the application if you simply want it to go to the background. ----------------------- LOG: -> Options (Left Softkey) + Play - Plays the clip + Record - Records a voice note + Delete - Deletes the selected clip + Mark/Unmark * Mark - Mark the clip to perform an action * Mark All - Mark all clips, to perform an action on all (ie, send, delete etc) + Copy to Gallery - Copies the clip(s) to the default device media gallery for easy access outside of Total Recall + Details - Displays the clip details (file size, duration, format, etc) + Rename - Allows you to manually rename the clip + Edit Note - Edit a text note assigned to the clip (only valid on device) +Send * Via Bluetooth * Via IR * Via MMS * via HTTP (you will need to have a KM web user account. If you have one, you can setup your user/pass in the HTTP tab of the main settings menu) -> Back (Right Softkey) ----------------------- SETTINGS: GENERAL - ->Recording Format - WAV OR AMR sound recording format selection. Wav only supports Best sound quality option. -> Sound Quality - Not all devices support the default "best" method of recording the call without the beep tone, if you hear the beep, or the program only records a couple seconds of the call, please try using the "Good" and "Low" settings. +Best - Default setting, should work on most devices +Good - Setting to use on the 3250, 5500, E50 & E51 (and others). Will record with good quality without the beep +Low - Setting to use on the Nokia 6110, 6120, N76, N81. Audio quality will be low, but the beep will be removed. On these devices you can use the "Good" setting for higher quality audio, but the beep will be present. -> Auto Recording - +ALL (Default setting) - records all incomming/outgoing calls automatically +Incomming - Records all incomming calls automatically +Outgoing - Records all outgoing call automatically +Manual - user need to start/stop recording manually by using main menu or by using hot keys +List - records only the numbers that you have setup on your list. The List can be setup by choosing the "List" option from the main menu. -> Save In - This allows you to choose where you want the clips to be saved. Options are Phone (clips will be private to the application), Phone Gallery, Memory (clips will be private to the application), Memory Gallery. -> Ask Before Save - Prompts you to save the clip at the end of the call. Choosing "no" will delete the clip. -> Display Rec. Timer - Displays a call recording timer during the call -> Display End of Call Summary - At the end of the call displays information regarding the storage & lenght of the clip. -> Password Protection - Enables application password protection. If set to yes, password must be set. -> Password - Sets the password to enter the application (if password protection is set to "yes"). This password must be numerical and four characters. This password can also be used to access the application using a combination of keys. Simply dial * (+) your password to launch the application. -> Auto Start – Enable or disable auto start at device boot up. -> Auto Send – Enable or disable auto send clip. -> Email/MMS – Email OR MMS number for auto send feature -> FTP Settings (No use in this version) + FTP Address - Input your ftp address + FTP Port - Input the port you access FTP on (Typically port 21) + FTP User - Input your FTP user name + FTP Pass - Input your FTP password HTTP/FTP (depending on version) HTTP - your purchase of the Total Recall application comes with the option of a free web user account. Input these details into the application and you can upload and store your clips for free via your account. Later on you can access your clips and download, forward etc. Standard data charges will apply. FTP - If you are using the FTP version of TR, you will see the FTP tab. Input your FTP settings (URL, user, pass and port) and you can upload your clips directly to your FTP server.
