Hi,
I'm a registred user and I had BB version 2.00 running in N73.
I downloaded the new BB version 2.01, installed in phone but now BB doesn't startup.

What I did wrong?
Maybe because I had a registred version I should use "other" download link? I use the link in your website.

Can you advice me how procede?

Ok, solved.
Uninstall old version and install new version!
Works fine!

Good to hear. Typically, when the update is major, a fresh installation is required.

I've got the same problem.... the new version doesn't work, i've also tried to reinstall the program but nothing happened, please i need youyr help! thanks a lot

What I did was uninstall old version, reboot phone, install new version, reboot phone.
Works fine with me. Try to do that also.

I've just done what you told me, but now it asks me to register, because trial time has expired.... but I was registered!!!
