I bought the BlackBaller from Mobihand.com to install it in my Dopod c730 (Cavelier) running WM6. Initially I installed the Trial Version but when I attempted to upgrade/activate to full version my Dopod WM6 prompted "Alert- General Info Failure 1 and when I continued another Alert saying "Owner name empty. Please assign owner name to your device".

Now, the only menu that i can actuall find the to put it is in the Setting > Owner Information. Am I missing something here? During the purchase i did put in the same name as I put in my WM6. Why does the BlackBaller apps did not recognize it or is there any other menu to put the Owner Information required?

Hoping for help! Thanks!
