Can't block the calls! 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
I'm using Nokia 6290 and on this phone BlackBaller blocking incoming calls only when phone is open. Why? When phone is close and someone from blacklist is calling the BlackBaller do nothing. Absolutely nothing

But when phone is close BlackBaller blocking incoming sms form blacklist numbers.

What is wrong? I trying block UNKNOWN NUMBERS and It's not working good when phone is close.

We've heard similar reports and we're looking into why this is occuring on the 6290 - as it's a device specific issue.
