On my HTC P3300 Artemis your demo works like a charm, except that i lose vibration & sound whenever blackballer is active.
The phone lights up when i receive a call or sms or whenever one is blocked but it doesn't rings or vibrates. In fact the ringtone and vibration are automaticaly set to "None" as soon a i activate BB and no matter wich ringtone i select or wich vibration config i set it never rings or vibrates.
Apart from that it's great, work just like described.

Is this affecting the ring tones for your incoming, non-filtered calls as well?

yes, the phone is dead in sound/vibration matters when BB is on, even if i don't apply any filters.
