Hello!

Would like to ask if how long will it take to receive the Registration Generation Key in my email after my order status is set to Confirmed? I still haven't received any email containing the key more than an hour already since the order status changed to Confirmed from Pending.

We get asked this a lot, and to clarify things, all orders are manually processed. The "confirmed" status just means that we received your payment (it's in a pending status betweent the time you checkout and the actual payment is processed and confirmed).

Many people ask WHY we just don't send out the codes automatically like so many of the other companies do out there. The answer is VERY simple - there's waaaayyyyy too much credit card fraud. We'd have people using stolen credit cards all day long getting free apps from us non-stop. We already have to manually refund various orders every week due to obvious credit card fraud, so I'd hate to think what would happen if the crooks actually got the registration key for their trouble.

Anyways, in the course of the US day - 7am to 11 pm, you'll typically receive your key in about 1-2 hours, sometimes much less. If you happen to order past our normal operating hours, you may have to wait up to 8 hours (but this would be VERY rare).
