Dennis is absolutely correct (Thanks Dennis!). The "Dialer" application has a long, sad history. It started out as a great idea, that never really worked very well, and even when it did work well, it didn't sell! I think it was mostly due to the fact that there wasn't a larges Symbian device saturation, so there weren't enough compatible devices to see any decent number of sales.
Eventually, we struck a commercial deal licensing out the software, which eventually was developed for Windows Mobile and MIDP 2.0 devices, so the public version was pulled completely. The commercial deal(s) have gone absolutely nowhere, so we're on the verge of re-releasing a commercial version for S60 and WM devices again, however it requires some retooling to ensure it works well with the many different kinds of calling cards that are out there, since each have different methods of dialing, some have pins, some need a # send at the end, etc.
Anyways, in the next few months we'll be re-releasing it. In the meantime, we still do commercial deals, but we're getting a bit pickier about who we deal with as everyone wants a free demo, nobody wants to pay
Cheers!
