When did you download the version you're using? Try downloading the most recent version and reinstalling.

I have just recently purchased the Total Recall Silent/Hidden Version but have not recieved any instruction via the website or via email on how to get the software as i have not yet recieved.

I have a problem now with total recall hidden/silent version, i have used it without any probs until just now i can not seem to be able to access the app from the hotkey passcode i had saved and used successfully before.

i have noticed on several occasions its taken me a few goes to enter * +passcode to get into app and when it doesnt a fresh reboot of the phone seems to fix it except on this occasion it is not letting me enter at all. the only thing i can think off that may have caused this is phone has been switched off state although i thought the app initialises on bootup.

what shall i do remove and reinstall and if i do what will happen to the voice recordings already recorded ?

Can you try rebooting one more time? If not, use a free file manager such as sexplorer to get the files. Uninstalling won't delete the files, but just to be safe. Then uninstall, reinstall.

ive installed sexplorer on to mob works fine but i can not seem to find the files that were saved to mem card. directories are c:\ = phone mem E:\ memory card do you know where in the memory card its saves the files to ?
