thanks for the reply, i think i may have found the problem im not sure if i actually registered the app with the reg key i had to generate via your website which means i might have been running the app in trial mode for the 14 day period )

Any one reading this dont forget to register it when you purchase Total Recall.

There is still a prob though since i had some recordings so downloaded as you advised sexplorer which allows you to browse the directories on the phone however since you have advised recordings are saved in sys directory it seems to be one of the protected directories on the symbion 9 security model it gives me the Error "unable to execute the file due to security reasons"

im not sure currently if there is a way round this.

Using sexplorer, you should be able to access either sys or system (depends on the model) - try both.

good resolution i have found the directory in which Total Recall keeps the recordings in system/apps/total recall
i havnt found the recordings made before uninstalling the app and reinstalling so advise anyone who has this similar problem to install sexplorer and copy the files to another directory before uninstalling it.
