We heard from and met execs from Symbian, Nokia, Symbian Foundation as well as the Foundation's sponsors and supporters. Also of interest was the presence of keynote speaker Roger Smith from AT&T, coincidentally, just last week AT&T had announced the company will be reducing about 4% of their workforce - they also officially announced that they would be carrying the Nokia 6650 - an entry-level S60 3rd Edition, FP 2 Symbian device (flip) - it's a start!

Mail on Ovi, the free email account from Nokia, is now 'live' and can be set up directly on Nokia phones without requiring a PC to get started. People who use Nokia Series 40 devices can create their own email address directly on their mobile phones.
